System Support - Phone, Remote, and Dispatch

All troubleshooting starts out with collecting and analyzing information about the problem. But it is not always that easy to decipher the information without help from experts. The normal approach is to call a hotline who tries to guide you over phone and then - if the problem is not solved - dispatch a service engineer.

We have an additional level of service - Remote Login. We connect your robot to a computer with robot interface software that enables our skilled engineers to login remotely and examine the robots condition. It can in many cases reduce downtime and save you the expensive travel cost for a dispatched service engineer.

Our team has proven the value of remote login multiple times. We have from our office completely reconfigured a robot with wrong configuration in Mexico, fixed SW issues on a robot in Alabama and helped customers staff to pinpoint hardware problems in Colorado.
